Crown Store-All offers a full range of online services to its file storage customers. This online access gives clients a secure, firewall and password protected web environment with a broad range of services. Among these services, are:
- Full administration rights to set up and administer access and security levels for all employees as necessary.
- Full box search capability.
- Box retrieval request capability.
- Box pickup (refile) request capability.
- Ability to submit new box information and request pickup.
- Ability to submit request to edit information on existing file boxes.
- Account and file information updated daily.
Web access requires users to pass an authenticated password protected login procedure. After that, access is based on the security levels set up by their administrator. All transactions/requests are logged for audit purposes.
